Overview

Precision Communications began its operations on March 1, 1993 and is located in Grove, OK. As our reputation grew, so did our company. PCI’s staff maintains a combined experience in the broadcast industry of over 150 years, with many individual employees having 20+ years experience.

Meet Our Team

Sean Wenger

CEO

Sean is a seasoned executive that has significant experience leading service organizations supporting complex environments. Sean spent most of his career with Johnson Controls, a global Fortune 100 organization, as well as privately held growth organizations. Sean has a passion for building dynamic cultures that contribute to exceptional customer experiences. Sean has served on multiple private and non-profit boards of directors and is currently active in this space. Sean has a degree in business from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Sean is blessed with a beautiful wife Katie and two children Alec and Meredith. Outside of work, Sean is active in his Church and enjoys helping individuals on the path to entrepreneurship.

Anna Lane

Vice President and General Manager

Anna serves as a key executive at Precision. She is responsible for the operations of our business. Anna’s family founded the business in 1993 and she has a deep understanding and passion for the broadcast industry.

Anna has served in multiple roles at Precision across multiple areas including finance and accounting, operations, and sales operations. Anna is a member of the Women of NATE committee and has a strong reputation across the industry. Anna enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband and two children on their farm in Wyandotte, OK, which is home to 5 dogs, chickens, rabbits, horses, and cattle.

Ron Scalfani

Director of Engineering & Estimating

Ron Scalfani leads Precision’s engineering and technical development. Ron brings over 25 years of experience and is widely known for his deep expertise in the tall tower and broadcast industry. Ron has engineered and executed thousands of significant tower projects.

Ron successfully led the recent FCC Repack initiative for Precision where he managed a 3-year, 10-phase project that involved replacing or upgrading antenna infrastructure for over 250 stations without missing a deadline. This work involved considerable coordination across our customers, internal and field teams, subcontractors, and government entities. Ron holds a contractor’s license for our national business.

Mike Berry

Lead Foreman

Mike has nearly 40 years of experience in the tall tower space. Mike’s customer relationships and vast experience have built his reputation as one of the highest qualified foremen in the industry. He embodies a leadership style that brings safety into every element of his work. Mike has worked on the tallest and most complex projects in the country.

Chris Day

Director of Field Operations and Estimating

Chris is a key leader on our estimating team. Chris started his career with Precision Communications and has spent over 20 years in the tower industry. Chris has spent most of his career as a broadcast crew foreman, successfully completing many of the most challenging installations in the industry. Chris is a member of our operations team and helps support key projects using his vast knowledge in the broadcast industry.

Candace Bronaugh

Sr. Project Manager

Candace leads our project management team at Precision. Candace is true professional and has 10+ years of experience in managing broadcast projects. Candace is a key leader in the business and sits on both the operations and leadership teams within our company. Candace manages our most significant projects and millions of dollars in backlog at any given time. She acts as the main point of contact for Precision clients once a project is secured.

Candace is a detailed oriented leader and has an exceptional customer service orientation. Candace will provide daily updates while our crews are on site and will be involved with the broader client team to ensure key milestones are met.

Mike Couch

Risk Management

Mike leads our risk management and logistics efforts at PCI. Mike is licensed insurance broker and ensures our team and clients have the best solutions in place. Mike leads our safety efforts and provides compliance and oversight to our safety program. In addition, Mike helps meet our complex logistics needs, including coordination of large equipment in difficult locations.

Audrey Berry

Office Manager

Audrey runs our day to day office operations. Audrey embodies the positive attitude and customer service we strive to achieve each day. Audrey has nearly two decades working in this key role. In additional to her important role as office manager, she also leads our well-known annual customer calendar project and coordination of our company activities at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) conference.

Taylor Jones

Accounting Manager

Taylor is the Accounting Manager at Precision. She manages the all accounts receivable and payroll aspects of the business.  Prior to joining Precision, Taylor had a background in the software industry.  Taylor held leadership roles in one of the nation’s largest payroll companies.  Taylor works across the organization and identifies efficiencies in our processes.

Ken Rickhoff

Field Leader

Ken has over 30+ years’ experience in the broadcast industry. Ken has a national reputation for his deep expertise in antenna and broadcast related systems. Ken leads Precision’s inspection efforts and is a key resource for many of the
US’s largest broadcasters.

Ken is an expert in both RF systems and all structural aspects of the tall tower space. Ken has been involved in many of Precision’s most high-profile projects. Ken is a key leader in the business and has built incredible relationships with our key customers. Ken resides outside of Detroit, Michigan and is excited at the potential to lead the construction of the proposed scope.
