Karen Kyman, Co-Founder, President

Karen co-founded Precision Communications in 1993 and has extensive experience in the tower industry.  Over the last 25+ years, Karen has successfully led the organization through significant technology transformation across the broadcast television industry.     Karen’s vision to create a professional organization rooted in customer service has led to Precision being an industry leader in the space.  Karen has a strong track record of promoting safety practices that capture the unique needs of the tall tower space.  Karen is a hands-on leader that has an exceptional reputation across the industry based on her long-term view on business and the value she puts on personal relationships.  Karen proudly serves on NATE’s Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation.  Karen resides in Grove, Oklahoma and is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University.
