Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of broadcast tower construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, detail orientation, and a track record of managing complex tower and broadcast infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of broadcast tower projects—from estimating and scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, FCC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Review and interpret tower structural drawings, rigging plans, and broadcast system schematics.
• Periodically, may be required to conduct site visits to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
• Prepare project documentation, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

Qualifications

• Experience in the broadcast tower industry managing tower construction, upgrades, or maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of tower structures, rigging, and RF systems.
• Working knowledge of FAA/FCC regulations and OSHA Subpart M & CC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must be willing to relocate to Grove, OK
