Brandon has an extensive background in the communications industry. Previously, Brandon served as the Director of Operations for a telecommunications company based out of Dallas Texas. Brandon started out in the tower industry with Precision Communications, where he was introduced to the principles of field construction. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to work on towers in excess of 2000’ replacing broadcast TV antennas from analog to digital. Brandon expanded upon those tangible skills, developing the management skills that helped him to oversee multiple raw land construction sites as well as multiple crews. 

 Throughout the length of his career, Brandon acquired a great deal of experience and some life lessons too; both of which laid the ground work for his philosophy regarding the profound importance of team building in conjunction with team training. Safety is of the utmost importance along with clear communication and customer satisfaction. Brandon is committed to helping others and he takes pride in his Christian beliefs.
